Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase
  • Provide your account email address
  • This is your first refund request for DSA 100 Days

Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a monthly billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel your subscription, but no refund will be provided. You will retain access until the end of your annual billing period.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@dsa100.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. After cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods
  • Your progress and data will be preserved if you decide to resubscribe

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
